Chaeto and red lights

It should be ok. I know a lot of people just use red light. I think intensity matters a bit more than color, but I like to give the chaeto all of the wavelengths it can use. It won't hurt to try. If it doesn't work, you can always get a cheap replacement light (I could send you some links)
 
In general, 4 Red to 1 Blue is the most economical way to use spectrum. Because red washes out ability to determine health of macro by its color, I use white which in LED world is Red/Green/Blue
