Chaeto Hitchhiker

Bought the Chaeto online, looks like it has come with a hitchhiker, it moves like a worm. I know it's a pretty poor photo but it's still pretty small, I can try a video as well if it helps. ID? danger?

It seems like it's very long, about the diameter of the chaeto itself, mostly clear, with a few filaments along the way, swimming like a worm (although this could be sump flow).

I'm wondering if I should try and pick these out or just toss the chaeota ball (it's a small golf ball sized bit at this point).

I have a pest free aq, not looking for any pests atm... argh.
