Chaeto isnt floating

I have chaeto in my refugium and it doesn't float at all. It just sits at the bottom in the corner of my refugium. Is there not enough flow/oxygen? Should I add a small powehead to keep it tumbling?

you probably need the powerhead to tumble it , all the shops I've seen it in it don't float either.

doesnt need to tumble just physically take it and flip it every couple of days to get more light, tumbling does help create a more well grown chaeto but isnt necessary
