Hello all! I just downgraded my tank from a 22.4g AIO to 10g AIO and brought along my Eshopps nano skimmer. The skimmer fits (barely) and works fine, I am just curious if it would be more or less beneficial to run chaeto in that chamber instead? Thoughts? Opinions?

The 10g is SPS dominant and already has quite a few frags in it from the tank swap and I am putting more in daily.

I have found that weekly water changes are one of the best approaches to filtration for a 10g Nano. Between the two options of a skimmer or an in-chamber fuge, I would lean toward the skimmer. You may be challenged with getting enough light and circulation to the fuge in that chamber. Additionally light spillage into the main tank (and related algae) may become an issue.

Good call. I plan on doing 2g water changes every 5-7 days. Thanks for the advice!
