My cheato has worked since day one... phosphates are always 0.00 to 0.03
0.08 at highest..and my ph is 8.7 but also because of kalk. I cant reduce kalk right now SO...if I want to try and obtain More phosphates and Less ph through cheato control... should I ..
A: reduce cheato mass
Or
B: reduce photo period (8hr currently)
Or
C: Reduce light intensity?
Thoughts?

Yes to all. Any will slow chaeto growth and lower it’s co2 consumption thus reducing Its affect on ph
