Chaeto QT?

I know this has been asked many times but all the threads I found online are 3-5yrs old.

Does chaeto really need to be quarantined for 45days? I got this ball of chaeto from Amazon seller for $28. What is the best way to QT it?

You can actually dip it in coral dip or Bayer. There's some threads on here about it.

Can you "clean" cheato?

So algaebarn is always out of clean chato. How hard would it be to get some from a fellow reefer and "clean" it. Besides the 10 weeks for ich but for things like aphasia and coral pests what would yall recommend? Thanks in advance.

When QT for 16 days, chaeto needs to have moving water right? Putting a power head in a 5 gallon bucket would be too much heavy glow and the chaeto may get stuck in the power head. Is there a better way?
