Had a vertex 2.5 l media reactor. Made it to a chaeto reactor. Took a while to fund the parts but its finally done. I know it's in a bucket. Not the best looking but oh well.

good insurance using the bucket in case of a leak ... how big is yr tank?

has your system been struggling with high nitrates?

i’m on the fence between a stand-alone chaeto reactor or a HOG ATS (i don’t have a sump).

Been struggling with high nitrates. Not sure if I'll keep it. Since it's so ugly. Plus I couldn't get the pump to work out of the tank even though it has that capability.
