Question, I notice my Chaeto reactor looks filthy, lots of dirty particles. No more pods, bristle worms and bristle stars.

Running a 29 biocube., SPS and Corals looks great.

Is this normal or anything I can do to keep up with maintenance

Regular cleaning is something you'll want to do with these. What happens is the inside glass (or plastic) gets dirty and can start to block out your light to your chaeto.
