Chaeto to get some PODS

Hey all,

So I have an IM 40 and wanted to put some chaeto in the display to increase my POD population, Ill have some pictures up later, but I bought a 2 buck sink soap holder with suction cups and placed it near the top of the tank by the overheads, I have a medium ball of chaeto that I tied to the holder with fishing line.

My question is, will this work?
