Chaeto

[Trouble1375]

Looking for CLEAN Chaeto. I've seen what the LFSs have to offer and it is less than desirable. We have, in 2 years of reefing, managed to avoid (knock on wood) the various Reef STDs, as my husband likes to call them, but we need to start Chaeto in our refugium. Our ATS was keeping up but as our reef has grown it is now requiring a bit more export than the ATS seems to be capable of even with cleaning the algae screen every other day. We have been fortunate and the hair algae is limited to just the ATS in the sump so it is working but it is not quite keeping up anymore.

Located in Warren, MI and would prefer to be able to pick up somewhat locally.

Honestly, clean chaeto is borderline a myth. Inspect and buy imo. I have some I could ship but I have loads of pods and some feather duster living in it. No bristle worms to be seen.
