Chaetomorpha and biopeles ... can be used together?

In my system, a fairly high level of nitrates, and I launched a pellet reactor, VERTEX pellets. But one day my friend came and brought me quite a bit of Chaetomorpha. I put it in the compartment and started lighting at night.
And it began to grow actively.
At the same time, the pellet reactor operates.
Please help me to leave this, and maybe use it together?

I don't see why there should be a problem using both pellets and algae to reduce the nutrients. You might need to add trace elements (Fe, I, Mn etc) in the long run to keep the algae growing.
Just keep an eye on PO4 level so it doesn't get too low.

... The fact is that they say a lot to me that these are two mutually exclusive methods of expressing nutrients.
That either the grass will not allow the reactor to run the pellet, or the pellet reactor will ruin the grass.

What @salstrom said...unless this is a pretty new tank. They will still work together but you may end up with problems as new tanks need all the nutrients — they're still trying to mature. You may not need either one if that is your scenario.

Thank you. I have a fairly mature tank, I just experimented in the course of time with different methods ..... but it did not go and now I decided to return to the old rails.

I'm all for complex systems with several different types of nutrient uptake or removals. In fact, I prefer those kind of systems.
As long as there is nutrients and trace elements for them to consume I don't think the pellets and algae would affect each other. I'm sure you could add a sulphur filter as well without any problem if you have a lot of nitrate for example.
It's all about finding your own method that works for you and your tank, and not listening too much to everybody else
