Chalice and favia food

Now that I'm getting a few more chalice and favias, mixed in with my zoanthids I'm thinking that I may want to try some food specifically for the lps .
What's your choice for feeding lps?

I use "Coral Frenzy" and my LPS seem to like it. I turn off the pumps and spot feed but the directions don't state that you have to do it that way.

Depending on the size of the coral, I like to feed either live black worms or NLS pellets.

Fauna Marin LPS Pellets and LRS Reef Frenzy. I find that the fine micron foods such as Reef Roids, Reef Chili, Coral Frenzy, ect. should be used very sparingly so I tend to only broadcast feed it bi-weekly
