Quick question, is it normal to see my chalice (crazy fox and Miami hurricane) inflate like a balloon and look as if they may pop at night and be deflated throughout the day

Usually at night coral will extend out to feed, I'm sure this is what you are seeing.

I am seeing the exact opposite. Have a snagglepuss chalice and it looks great during the day when day lights are on and when the day light turns off (so now there is only the blues on 460nm) it looks deflated usually inflates back during the next day. Have had it about a month and half and haven't seen any noticeable growth. All parameters are in check from what I can tell. Any help would be appreciated

I just left the corals alone and have seen them grow, although not crazy fast.
