Chalice dying around edges

Fair enough I believe you, the only euphyllia ive seen strong enough would be a torch but other than that all of my chalices have fended them off and drove them back

Not to be argumentative, but as we all know every particular coral is different so I apologize for any singular point of view that I have put forth

Torches can and do sting anything and everything. But stings are not circumferential. You should see where a stinger did its damage pretty specifically. So although stinging is a possibility, my best guess is another cause to the chalices circumferential die back.

Regardless, putting space between the chalice and euphyllia is just good common sense.
