Chalice is probably 4in x 3in and the half that fell on the enchinata is dead. I did a seachem reef dip after I found it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Chalice = 0
Acan = 1

this is why i try to keep my chalice on the sand bed or close enough to it were it wont hit anything if it falls, sorry for your loss

The chalice should be fine. I would make sure it has a medium to low flow.

Chalice = 1
Acan = 0

Chalice = 1/2
Acan = 1
;)

I would cut the dead part off and keep it in decent flow. It should be fine. Probably still in shock, if it wasn't too long ago, so I would cut it as soon as you can and it causes less stress.

Or you can just leave the chalice alone and eventually it should grow over the dead skeleton.

I would cut it asap as well. A lot of times when chalices get stung a bacteria infection follows. Plus chalices will take longer to grow over its old skeleton.
