Chalice help

just bought my first chalice,a frag of the tyree watermelon.dont know much about chalices need some help caring for it,do they like a lot of light?lots of flow?anything inparticular they like to feed on?Any help would be appreciated thanx

most people keep them on the bottom of the tank..sand bed area.. low to medium flow... and you can spot feed them if you want . lighting t5's or halides.
 
i have several chalice and keep all of them from the middle down, on the sand is fine.
they are not hard to keep IMO
i have 250w halides w/t5 actinics for lighting, low-med flow
 
moderate light and slow to moderate current. try to target feed at least once a week will make it happy. brineshrimp, mysis shrimp or even pellets.
 
Agreed with the others. Spot feed couple times a week. In my findings, some will eat and other won't. Low flow and at the bottom like others posted.
