I just seen that my Miami Hurricane chalice was flipped over in the sand when i picked it up nearly half of it was gone nothing but a skeleton. My first thought was that being upside down in the sand done it but i thought about the other 3 chalices and they have been nearly burried in the sand before with no ill result.. I think my Lawn mower blenny or a Tang flipped the chalice over nipping at some algae that is on the plug.
Is there anything that eats chalices or do you think being burried could have done it ??????

I also tried purple up for the first time for a few days but i dont see where that could have done it

Thanks Paul

burried in the sand could done it. I have my Red Watermelon died because of that.

Chalices upside down in sand can easily die, IME. Frankly, you are lucky your other ones lived.

GLUE DOWN your chalices!!

Well that sucks !!!!! I will make sure they can't be flipped from now on ..

Of course it was my more delicate chalice that got flipped
