Place it in the shade and give it time. I have had people give me chalices that did not do well and I was going to give up on them but I put them under a rock shelf and many of them came back.

What kind of bulbs do you run in your fixture? Also what are your phosphate levels? I find that chalices like a very blue spectrum of light to bring out their best colors. I changed my bulbs to 10k one time and all my chalices lost most of their colors. Needless to say I don't run anything less than 14k bulbs now and I am going back to 20k soon. Keeping them lower in the tank helps too. Also I have noticed that high phosphate levels will cause them to look less than stellar too. Post your water params and I'm sure we can help you figure things out a little better.

I agree above. Also make sure your alk and calc levels are stable. Swings might cause them to bleach as well.
