Chalice id needed

I've had this chalice for a long time now. I actually almost lost it but it came back and is doing pretty good. This is one of my favorite chalices but i forgot the name. If you can identify this chalice I'd greatly appreciate it.

It's pink, has green eyes, and has a blue and green rim.
