Chalice ID please

Please look at the pics below and tell me what chalice you think it is, I have a general idea but need another set of eyes..

I know what #2 is but look at that light spot a little to the let of the eye - is that general coloring pattern or is it something I should be worried about? I lowered it in the tank JIC (under 500wT-5HO)

#2 is mh. white is just another eye growing in.
