Chalice issue

Sometimes I will notice my chalices looking like they’re deflated and not healthy, it normally lasts a few hours to a day then they’ll be happy again. No swings or anything just something I’ve noticed. Also they all seem to poop at the same time and this also makes them look less healthy but then they will look good after.
Does anyone else experience this?

Yes, normally, but normally they’re looking fine up to lights off.

Sounds like normal coral behavior to me.
