Chalice looks bad after dosing

my jack o lantern was looking absolutely fine. i dosed seachem marine buffer and brightwell calcion tonight and within an hour it looks like my chalices skeleton is showing in several spots? for the marine buffer i dosed 1.5 teaspoons and the calcion i dosed 4Ml's. i have a 60 gallon tank. very confused??? any ideas.

Also before you dosed what were your alk and calcium readings?

Calcium was 380 and alk was around 7.9. Under blue light before dosing

After dosing

8 hours later seems to be doing better.
