Chalice question

I have a chalice that develops flesh "bubbles" - anyone ever seen this sort of thing before?

There are a number of chalices that get air filled nodules on them. Some like toxic pie from wwc is totaly covered in yellow nodules. If your is like that the puff out and you can see the current moving it. I have only seen chalices where the eyes are not visible have this trait. Guess it is a species thing.

Thanks for the reply. Yes these "nodules" move in the current. This piece has several but the most prominent is the one shown, it is easily about a 1/2 inch across. My observation is that they seem to be happen when under intense lighting. This piece had several good size nodules when it was previously under 250 W MH and then lost them when it was under lower light and now developed them again under MH.
