Chalice questions

Alright, I'm a noob to the chalice world. I'm all about the zoas and palys but after taking a gander at the chalices i'm in love with some of the color! So i have a frag tank set up for zoas and my growth is out the roof! Now are the conditions about the same for chalices?? I know that sps need crystal clean water and didn't think that lps did. Any help is appreciated!

It's mixed it's all about what the coral has been used to...
I have some chalices that color up when I have higher nitrites and others like perfectly clean water...

Your going to need to start checking ur alk and cal they like there alk and cal to be stable.
