This looks like a chalice to me, but the pic is a bit saturated to tell for sure. There are definitely chalices though that the eyes aren't a different color than the base. If you really want to find out for sure try turning off all of your pumps and powerheads then gently squirting mysis on top of the chalice until it is mostly covered. The areas that pull the food in will be the eyes. This can take up to an hour though for some chalices, especially of they aren't used to receiving food or the eyes (technically mouths) are very small. Just be patient and don't worry about the pumps being off that long, I have done it plenty of time, the only possible worry will be temperature fluctuation from water not moving across the heater.
