Chalices ?? How to choose

Those of both nice. Placement for must chalices is lower part of aquarium, not a ton of light or flow. Under the right conditions, they can grow really fast!

I like my bubble gum monster, it has great color but hasn’t grown any in the 4 months I’ve had it. I have started feeding mysis shrimp and giving it longer to feed…hopefully that will help with growth, it’s definitely taking it. The tentacles are super short, 1/8” or so.

you are in jacksonville, fl? Im sure a bunch of LFS around you will have chalice in 10-40$ sections for small frags and you can find even nice ones if you look carefully. Both are nice aquacultured chalices though so you cant go wrong with either, color is up to you my friend. Good luck with the decision, also black friday is next week and LFS and online will have huge sales so look out for those

I'm always amazed at the length of the sweeper tentacles my chalices put out.
yea for their size they crazy
... but not like my 4+ year old elegance that decided to take over, not so much sweeper tentacles as a tidal wave of flesh. zero corals or anemones have been able to hold it at bay. 3.5 inch base 20+ " x 20+ inches... it's lethal anyone want it lol
