The thing with leds is there alot more powerful than t5s partly because instead of being a blanket of light the light is now focused down from a single point source. So your best bet is to start out with really low intensities and slowly work your way up increasing by no more than 10% a week. %5 a week is ideal.

i would write down your current t5 lamp schedule in a notebook and then weekly ramp up your new leds by 5% a week or biweekly. Document with date and percent youre increasing until you reach a level that is common or that you are comfortable with. I cannot help you with percentages and photoperiods cause I run t5. See if any local reefers or fish stores have a par meter available to borrow or rent. This is invaluable, the last thing you want to do is fry your corals although I bet the sps will love the lights, any lps could get scorched. I killed a ton of my corals years ago from going 4 bulb to 8 bulb t5 without any type of acclimation period.

this is by far the most popular. It's the sps ab+ schedule from ecotech. Start with these at a very low intensity.

You can use MYAI to access your light , there are some custom profiles to up load or there is a Kelvin scale where you use the slide bar to get the tempature you like.BRS also has some proven profiles... Personally I would go thru the first two ,find what you want, and set it up.Use the acclimation feature on the light and set it for 4-6 weeks. Keep an eye on the animals in your tank and write down any changes. Of it looks like things are going sideways , extend the acclimation period. The main thing you need to do is try to pick a schedule and stick with it. Play around with the options but settle on the one you want and let your tank adjust slowly.
