You would export your established filtration system...

Is this new rock wet?

If the real reefs live rock has been kept in salt water then it has some bacteria established. Whether that is enough to replace the bacteria in your rock is unknown.

Is this new rock wet? Haven’t order yet I was looking at some to purchase on amazon and was wondering if I could change my rocks out.

I bought over 200lbs of dry rock off amazon and seeded it with live rock. This is my tank with a mix after about 3 weeks

If it

If it is the rock I am thinking of, it is artificially colored. Great if you want instant blue rock, but all rock will get covered naturally in coralline with basic proper maintenance.

Your rock looks fine and is already becoming live. Give it several months and it will be covered in coralline and be just as good.
