Changed my Sand

Changed my sand in my 90 gal tank but kept all the live rock and even used 25gal (of the 75 changed) of dirty water (trying to keep the bacteria in the water column). My question is, how likely is it that my Tank will cycle again? Thanks in advance for your help!

Incredibly unlikely. You essentially performed a very large water change - nothing more.
