changed Regent A and have trouble with no water sample error

Gents, i changed regent a on my Trident for first time and run through all the steps...
Now im dealing with no water sample error that i tried to correct by
1. checking the tube
2. disconnected 1link and back
3.primed ALL
4. reset from configure menu
no water sample error still on...

Im out of options at this point... any advice? is there something i missed?

We need much more info unless I am missing something. I assume you are referencing a Hanna checker, but I don’t know really anything else.

copy that.. line is not kinked i moved it where it guarantied verifiably fine... dang , facebook... its starting to smell like naptune ticket... oh i wanted to avoid this so much... brand new 900 dollars sink

The most common problem is something clogging the black sample line. Try this:

1. Disconnect the black sample line from the back of the Trident, including the small plastic union.
2. Connect the union to a syringe full of water.
3. Use the syringe to force the water through the tubing until it flows freely.
4. Reconnect the tubing and union to the back of the Trident.
5. Go into the Trident settings, select Prime Sample, then save the changes.
6. Run a Trident test.

If this doesn't solve the No Sample error, then remove the reagent tray and look inside the Trident to see if any tubes have disconnected from the central mechanism.

1. black line was def clogged by couple of hard debris /grain of sand. I could feel it with my fingers
2. it was really big pain to get it out.. took few mins of trying to break it up with my fingers by pressing on black tube in clogg spot and using turkey injector with huge metal needle... Big pressure was needed to finally push sand out
3. i primed the sample and it didnt do nothin.. erorr in place, white tube dry
4. i restarted the trident and that is only what made water to comeout of white tube
5. Trident sits on idle after restart. i guess it was waiting for scheduled time
6. i run test manually and finally im "testing Alk"
