Hi all....
I changed salts about 3 months ago to Tropic Marin from Fritz. I wanted to lower my Alkalinity to around 8 to 8.5 from around 10. I started closely monitoring my parameters closer over the last 6 months, including lowering my LED lighting with my LPS corals. Things are looking better with my Duncan, and Purple tip Frogspawn.
But with Covid19, shipments from Germany of Tropic Marin look to be spotty.
Maybe I didn't give Fritz Salt a fair shake when it came to my LPS, Fritz did have a higher Alkalinity around 10 if I remember right.
I know at least some of you are starting to wonder about switching to another salt.
Peace, and take care everyone

Here is a chart with parameters for each salt mix. I go with Red Sea blue bucket.
mom posting this chart so my friends here can chose from what we can get . I hope it helps .

I just changed water today, I have enough Tropic Marin salt for one more 20% water change. I'm ready to order 2 buckets of Tropic Marin salt if it were in stock tomorrow, I'm trying to plan for round 2 of Covid19 however.
I'm thinking of switching to Red Sea Blue Bucket. Any other stanch Tropic Marin salt users also concerned?
Stay safe all
