I have a 220 Gallon Reef tank that has been up a running about a year and a half. I wasn't keeping up with my Phosphate levels, so I purchased a Hanna Checker and have lowered phosphates from 0.50 to 0.13 ppm with gfo media in a Reactor. My question is that the Phosphate levels have kind of stabled themselves and was thinking of changing my filter pad. Anyone think I should?

Yup, phosphate should read between .05-.03. As soon as you see that the levels have stopped dropping and have leveled out, you need to change gfo.
