I have a BRS 6 stage 150 GPD watersaver system and I want to swap to all Spectrapure filters. I have dual RO membranes and was thinking about swapping them both out from the 75gpd DOW ones that BRS included for the 99% spectrapure ones. Do I need 2 flow restrictors or just one off the waste line? I was thinking of running dual sediment filters leading in and one carbon block vs. the 1 sediment and dual carbon block like BRS uses after reading about the efficiency of the 0.5 micron carbon filter from Spectrapure. I was thinking of doing 0.5 and 0.2 for sediment?

Am I way off base here? :)

I may have answered my question regarding the flow restrictor as I see the first RO membrane feeds it's waste into the second membrane and there's one restrictor on the "black" waste product line. I assume BRS only runs the one restrictor at that point?

Orrrr could I disconnect one of the RO membranes and run just one of the higher end Spectrapures? Like their 180 gpd?
