Changing from GHL to Apex

GHL works very well but their inability to fill orders is too much now.

I did think about Hydros but do not know anything about it. Been doing some research.

Recently switched from Apex to hydros and i am beyond satisfied with the result and their customer support.

Hi I am changing from the GHL system to the Apex system and have some items that I will be selling. Profilux 4, KH director with 2 dosing pumps. All fully functional.

Anyone selling any Apex dosing pumps?

This is what I have.
Once I get the new gear I will be selling these:
Profilux 4 controller $350
KH Director $400 (bought new last year)
Doser 2.1 SA White $280
Doser 2.1 SA Black $280
Power strips $180 each
I do not currently have my new gear.

I’m in the same situation I’m so frustrated with GHL because of the Iond issue but I love my system tho it has never given me a problem in 4 yrs so I think I’m gonna give them until the end of the year to get one or off to hydros i go

Such a bummer right. They just can't seem to get it going on over here. Their system seems like it works pretty well, and it stacks up super neat too. Definitely gotta give them points for style.

Thath would be killer. The x10 may be more than you need with that set up hydros also sells individual dosing pumps if you want but the x10 could definitely do it as well. I suppose if you ad up all of the individual pieces for controled dosing the x10 is probably comparable in price. That is gonna be a very sweet setup.

I have to put a plug in for Apex. I've been a user since the old Aquacontroller II days with X10 modules. I presently have the latest Apex Pro plus lots of modules. There is a learning curve for the programming if you want advanced functionality, but it's pretty simple to get up and running with standard on/off, temperature, lights, etc. Contrary to a lot of naysayers out there I've always had good luck with their product support and the Neptune forum is very, very helpful if you want to get into more complicated controls.

Yeah! Since the maven is out around that same time I will likely wait and if nothing by the time the Maven comes out...Goodbye to GHL! I am fedup with the constant delays. Every time you reach out it's next season.

Another very satisfied Hydros user. Ease of setup and it updates easily over wifi. Sold of Apex when Hydros came up and never looked back.
