Changing my 300g rock setup. Is this setup possible?

This is my tank now. And I never liked my rock setup. It looks so messy and it’s so difficult to clean the back of the tank.

I really want this exact style but I have no clue if it’s possible to do it in my tank.

I think it's possible. But not easy and will take effort and reduction of rock. There are several videos online about how to make your own rock scape
