Changing over salts used for saltwater mix

I’m nearing the end of previously used salt brand and will be switching to a new brand.

Is it suggested I mix half new and half existing salt to create next 15% WC? This thinking is due to allowing a slow change.

Alternatively do I just change in one go and as it will only be 15% WC the livestock will not be shocked? I’ve corals/fish/clams & inverts.

IMO, it makes no difference how you switch over, as long as you do not do big water changes (50+%) that might alter the tank alkalinity suddenly.

I've used both methods when switching brands and noticed no difference.
