Changing Wi-Fi within Mobius

I don't see anything within the manuals for simply selecting a different Wi-Fi. I was having some issues with some gear, and ended up setting up an access point, with different names than my home Wi-Fi. I am simply looking to move my Radions, Vectras, and Vortechs to a different Wi-Fi, but don't really want to factory reset everything and have to re-calibrate return pumps, and set all the schedules I like what I have set up now.

Started getting some odd issues with flow on the returns ( one main, one UV). I'm pulling all pumps today to scrub them down, but I thought maybe it is possibly related to the fact that there may be some connectivity issues. I haven't just run a settings verification within the troubleshooting section, as I don't even want to open up that can of worms and have my lights get wonky until I figure out the problem in case that would cause some issues once I try to repair the dirty schedules it might discover.
 
I looked and couldn't find anything in Mobius. Your best bet is to contact EcoTech tech support and see if there's a hidden (or at least obscure) menu where you can choose your WiFi network.

ecotech support does not exist at all... and I have many of their product,,, there is more support on reef2reef than their company.
 
you probably caught them on a day when they decided covid was over. o_O
Haha, anything's possible. I'm in the same boat if I have to switch WiFi networks, so maybe try to find out from EcoTech if there's any recourse short of factory resetting everything.

I thought Mobius was still Bluetooth only? I have never been asked to enter network information.

Dang you are right there is no Wi-Fi to have to change. I got caught up with some other equipment and the struggles with that. Totally forgot. Guess I will just proceed with the equipment troubleshooting to clean up the schedules.

It is odd I accidentally added some MP40 with a serial number I do not have. I bet I can find out how to delete that though, my searches were driven by trying to find wi-fi info that doesn't exist lol.

This is not my experience. I have only needed them once or twice but have received prompt support during business hours. I would appreciate if they had a better presence considering they are in the business of life support systems.
 
Supposedly there's a WiFi update coming for the Radions, but I have no idea if this is legit or just wishful thinking.
It would be helpful if they could put some of that knowledge library of there’s in actual .PDF manuals.
When I’m troubleshooting with something not functioning properly, there should be a manual that has actual info other than a basic quick start guide, and a link within this guide to their YouTube channel essentially.

I hate how everything has moved from text to video.
