Cheap Ato pump that will lift 4 to 5 ft.

I am looking for a punp with reliably low flow that will pump with 4 to 5 ft of head pressure. I am also hopping for a relitivly small hose. 3/8 or smaller preferable.

not that I know of....
but it's only a 12 volt motor...

as for under 20...
keep looking for same type
I think I got mine for like 10

How about a Tunze osmolator replacement pump? It will handle 7' head, uses what appears to be 3/8" tubing and is very reliable. About $23.
