Cheap but good sand?

I am setting up a new tank and I need sand. The tank is going to have a good amount of flow and I would like the sand to be white. What would you recommend? Thanks!

Tropic Eden Mesoflakes is what I decided on. I bought 60 pounds for $80. It put a good 2-3 inch sandbed in my 100 gallon cube and looks fabulous. It's nice and white, very clean, and a big enough flake that it won't be blown around.
