Cheap Ceramic bio block, could it possibly leach anything? Newbie help!! :)

Hey guys so... i've seen some ceramic bio cube thingys on ebay which i'd like to put in the first chamber of my Evo but dont know if they'd be able to leech anything into the water possibly? ill add a link at the bottom if anyone wants to check them out, i think they look okay and i definitely prefer the price over other ones ive seen on the market. if no one thinks they could possibly be harmful for my tank ill get them.

i think im just weary due to the price being abount 1/3 of other similar ones on the market.

I've seen many youtubers use those in their tanks. I don't know for certain if they have this specific brand. There's really no way to know if they are safe. Its heated ceramic media like biohome. I don't believe they will leech anything into your water.
