Cheap Coral QT Light

Does this look like something that would work for a 10g coral QT? I've seen all kinds of recommendations for cheap Nicrew (like the following), all the way up to "use what you have in your display tank". I'm looking to keep it cheap and low-profile (limited height where I plan to put the tank when in use).

I see that people in the comments seem to be growing coral with this but 85 par at 12" in the air seems very weak to me. I wouldn't trust it for anything but the easiest soft corals

Nicrew hyper reef should work. The only downside is the lack of spread.
