Cheap fillout light options

I've been looking for a cheap lighting solution, either LED or t5 bulbs, to help fill out my tank and give it a little boost in color. Any recommendations? I've been looking at some single bulb fluorescent fixtures so far. Anyone use these?

What about the new Orphek OR2 led light bars? Look interesting to me and much more affordable then the array Orphek lights.
