Cheap PAR meter?

I seen some cheap PAR meters on Amazon and wondering if they are any good?
Looks like most are not water proof but can I put in a zip lock bag or some other enclosure? But how much will that change the measurement?
What's everyone using?

I bought a Seneye reef monitor for the par meter. I got pretty good deal on it with a 20-25% off coupon for bulk reef or marinedepot. I can't remember sorry. But the cost was $150-$165.

It is basically the apogee 200 minus the handheld unit. you plug it into your computer and get your readings. At $195 it's not cheap but it doesn't break the bank.
