Cheap refugium light

Will this light work to grow Chaeto? I’m looking to add some in back of Biocube so need a small light.

It might, I used the a cheap 10.00 aquarium light from Walmart on the back of my wife's. The cheato is doing great. The one I picked up just had white and blue lights. All you can do is give it a wag and see how it does.

For $10 I say give it a shot and let us know, I think I may try this one and report back.
