I have used these in the past and I must say that i had pretty good luck with them. The FilmTec membranes are normally around a 99% rejection rate and these membranes claim to be at 97%. With using DI resins after the membrane you are not going to tell much of a difference as long as you take care of the membrane and back flush it and protect it from chlorine and chloramines as those will wipe out any membrane no matter how expensive it may be.
