These are the same ballasts used in ati dimmable fixtures. You would need 2 of them to run 4 bulbs.

Ok, thanks. Seems to be no harness? Maybe I should just order the BRS package. Trying to save a few bucks but it appears by the time I round up the separate parts the price will be close.

Yeah dimmable t5 ballasts are a bit pricey. Are you looking to run them from a controller?
The wiring should be pretty straight forward, a couple of power lines and a signal for 0-10v pwm should be all you need.
I'm looking into them to run from my reef-pi as a hybrid system.

I'm going to run them from my Kessil Spectral X controller.
I'm interested in the pi system. I have all of my pumps etc tied into IFTTT and Google home Via smart plugs etc
