Cheato kessil h380 PAR

What’s the ideal par range for cheato? I’m currently running the h380 light it seems very bright getting about 500 par above my cheato. What do you guys recommend? I don’t see much growth despite it being on for 12 hours po4 0.049. Haven’t checked iron levels..

Idea PAR? What’s the reading at 100%?

Just turn it to 100, it takes a few week for the chaeto to adapt but it will and when it does will grow well. GL
