i have it growing in my fudge [finally after many light trials]. I,m using an h380 now. the growth is not dense like I see on the web. mine is very loose, like light and fluffy. also as the size increases the tumbling has stopped. does it sound ok?

I'm in the same boat, I think after time it'll grow more dense. Right now it's growing out and then it'll fill in. (At least I hope so)

Mine grew fast, loose and lighter green with the H380...that indicates rapid growth which is a good thing. Doesn't really need to tumble, just rotate it every few days...should be fine. Or remove enough to start the tumbling again.

BRS dida Video on Chaeto growth under the kessel. They noted rapid growth. The growth was lighter in color and less dense. So looks like you confirmed their finding
