Cheato timing?

I just bought the In Tank media basket and will be growing cheato in the bottom section. At what point should I introduce the cheato to the tank?

IMHO as part of the first setup.

But others say wait until you get some bioload in there to feed the cheato.

Hello Shimis , I agree . I'd wait a while till You have a bioload. other wise the Chaeto will just yellow & die on Ya.
