Okay so I started my tank 3 weeks ago. 45gal
Plan on having mostly corral and some fish. I have a protein skimmer on the back of the tank running but only to break it in and I have a reef breeders led setup and running also

Ammonia- .25
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 15-20
Phosphate- 0
Calcium- 440
KH- 179
Salt- 1.024

I checked these using API drop test kits
Also note that I have a lot of green hair looking algae everywhere in my tank. Just kinda want to know what I need to do next, water change? Fish? Wait?

Pretty standard for a freshly cycled system. Some water changes will help bring down the nuisance nutrient levels which contribute to algae, GHA included.

.25 Ammonia using API tests are pretty normal...most of the time. The fact that you have nitrates and no nitrites leads me to think that it is near the end, if not totally finished with the initial cycle. I would maybe wait another week just to verify that ammonia and nitrites remain at 0, then start adding some CUC and a fish :)
